Web Template in hand-drawn sketchy graphics

This design was a blog style template I found on webdesigner mag website. I discovered it whilst looking into different web applications and designs within the graphic sector of wbedesign. Below it the sketch style home page. I specifcally like the use of a varied palate of colours in a collage of visuals. I hope to achieve a simular effect on an upcoming project but in my own style of illustration.
