This website has a running chart of their top 40 websites on a weekly basis. The site itself is a straight forward flash website with the major content being a large chart table. The best thing is the sites in the chart and looking at the different variety. It seems that from looking at the sites in the chart that the high scoring ones are more flash based with animation.
